Nothing like a little (or a lot of) vocoder to bring you back to the 80s. Extensive research has revealed that Galaxy High’s theme song was composed by Don Felder of the Eagles and that he considers this his greatest achievement. Really.

The Gummi Bears

Disney sure knows how to write a good theme song. You’ll feel like chugging some Gummiberry Juice and bouncing into the woods after hearing this.

Pole Position

Any song that incorporates “the danger zone” in its lyrics automatically scores high. Plus cool synths and the “pole posi-shuuuuun” chorus are too infectious not to love.

Kidd Video

Kidd Video’s “Video To Radio” is an awesome cartoon theme and also just a great ’80s pop song in general. The band had a number of songs featured on the show and supposedly they were big in Israel.
